Xavier John McDonald, 11, of Westfield, passed away on November 13, 2022.  He was born November 30, 2010, in Indianapolis, the son of Brandon and Renee (Anglen) McDonald.

Xavier attended Westfield Intermediate School and was in 6th grade. He was full of life, joy, and love. He had a pug named ‘Bruce’ after Bruce Wayne and loved playing video games and spending time with friends and family. He loved to make others laugh and recently joined the band and learned to play the trumpet. Tragically, Xavier passed away unexpectedly on 11/13/22. A scholarship has been set up through the Westfield Education Foundation to honor his life. Funds raised through his memorial will support local students needing household items, instruments, band equipment, scholarships to help further their education, and more. Our family has received so much love and support from the community that we would like a way to both honor our son and pay the blessings we have received forward. Xavier always used to say ‘I’m Good.’ The ‘I’m Good’ is our way of remembering our son; with your help, we can ensure that we are all good.
