The Westfield High School Alumni play a crucial role in the school's ongoing development and success. Presently, the school has over 2,800 students. The faculty comprises over 180 licensed staff, with 80% of them holding a master's degree or higher.

The Westfield Education Foundation provides scholarships and awards to Westfield High School graduates. In 2024, over 50 students were awarded over $112,000.
